Pricing & Fees

A Clear Guide to Your Website Investment

To ensure full transparency in our partnership, it's important to understand the different costs associated with creating and maintaining a professional website. My fees cover the design and strategic services, while other essential services are paid directly to third-party providers.

Think of it like building a house:

  • I am your architect and builder. My fee is for my expertise in designing the blueprint and constructing the house itself.

  • Your website platform (Squarespace or Framer) is the plot of land you build on, including the utilities like power and water.

  • Your domain name is your unique street address.

Here is a detailed breakdown:

1. My Design & Development Fees (MOBARDO)

This is the cost for my professional services to plan, design, and build your website. This is what you pay me for. This fee covers:

  • Strategy & Consultation: Defining your goals and website structure.

  • Custom Design: Creating a unique, professional look and feel for your brand.

  • Squarespace/Framer Development: Building out all the pages and features on the platform.

  • Content Implementation: Placing all your text, images, and other content into the site.

  • SEO Setup: Implementing foundational search engine optimization best practices.

  • Training & Handoff: Our 1-on-1 session to teach you how to manage your new site.

This is typically a one-time project fee. Any ongoing monthly services for support or marketing provided by me are separate and will be detailed in our agreement.

2. Website Platform & Hosting Fees (Paid to Squarespace or Framer…)

Your website needs to "live" somewhere on the internet. This is called hosting. We use premium platforms like Squarespace and Framer because they provide best-in-class hosting, security, and features all in one package.

  • What it covers: Secure hosting, the platform's software, automatic security updates, and access to their customer support.

  • Who You Pay: This subscription is paid directly to Squarespace or Framer.

  • How it Works: You will own the account. At the time of launch, I will help you select the right plan (typically billed annually for the best rate) and you will enter your payment information. You will have a direct billing relationship with them.

Analogy: This is your annual "rent" for the plot of land your website is built on.

3. Domain Name Registration Fee (Paid to a Domain Registrar)

Your domain name is your website's unique address on the internet (e.g., www.yourbusiness.com).

  • What it covers: The exclusive right to use that specific web address for a set period.

  • Who You Pay: This is paid directly to a domain registrar like Google Domains, GoDaddy, or Squarespace Domains.

  • How it Works: This is a small annual fee (typically $15-25 per year) to keep your domain registered in your name. If you don't already have a domain, I can guide you through the process of purchasing one in your name, so you retain full ownership.

Analogy: This is your annual fee to the "city" to keep your unique street address registered to you.
